Since its founding, MORES has mainly operated on development projects in Lebanon, starting from the reclamation of an open waste dump into a green public space, to master-planning wastewater collection and treatment for a union of municipalities. Its principal founder had prior to 2001 managed an environmental and water resource company, designed and managed a 70 million dollar landfill reclamation project into a high-end real estate, and worked as an environmental consultant in the United States (approximately 7 years in Boston area as a senior project manager/account director).
