is 29,479 m2 (17,577 m2 claimed surface and 11,902 m2 surface
area of the enclosed water).
Services:
Impact assessment, baseline surveys, defining mitigation
measures and environmental management plan to reduce or
eliminate environmental impacts during construction and
operation of the touristic complex. The work includes
biodiversity assessment of marine and land fauna and flora.
The presence of archeological remains (old burial grounds)
within the premises necessitated intervention of
heritage/archeological consultant. The works were also
coordinated with various stakeholders and institutions to
assure public participation.
